A Gentle Yoga Flow

Here's the link to a full gentle yoga flow class. This class was orginal intended to be a private class but technology and I weren't getting on this day, so it ended going live on YouTube.

So...this class was recorded on a laptop, without a mic but hey some days you just have to roll with it and accept things as they are, lol. This being said the the begining of the video is a bit abrupt, so grab your mat and be ready to get your yoga on!
