I love sharing the benefits of yoga with people. When I started my yoga teacher training it was solely to deepen my own personal practice but somewhere in the middle of it everything changed. It became very clear to me that I needed to share this beautiful practice with people who might not otherwise ever try it.
  I understand the thoughts of not being flexible enough or strong enough to try yoga but I can honestly tell you that yoga is for every “body”. My goal is to deliver the practice of yoga to as many people as possible so they too can find the peace that yoga brings. Yoga not only strengthens the body but also the mind and soul.
  My love for yoga and a yogic lifestyle has led me on a constant search for more knowledge. My additional certifications include “Yoga for All” (Yoga for all body types), Meditation, Kids Yoga, Holistic Health and Reiki Master. The additional education and training has given me the tools to create classes that invoke a warm and compassionate environment. Come and  explore your own personal power with laughter, acceptance and grace.

  • 6:30pm – Strength & Stretch at BB Living/Higley Park Neighborhood, Gilbert, AZ, – Class are complimentary for all Residents, Family and Friends.  (Meet us at the Basketball courts on Kent Ave. between Los Gatos & Ponderosa) 


  • 6:30pm – Meditative Flow at San Posada Apartment Homes, Mesa, AZ – Class are complimentary for all Residents, Family and Friends


  • 9:30am – Yoga Basics in the Higley Park Neighborhood, Gilbert, AZ $5.00Come and learn Yoga Basics in this compassionate and slow paced class. Every”body” is welcome! This class must be Booked in Advance – Meet me at the main park by the fountain located at the corner of Sheffield and Colt Dr. (Cross streets are Ray & Higley)  


  • 9:30am – Morning Flow at Olympus Steelyard, Chandler, AZ – Class are complimentary for all Residents, Family and Friends


All levels are welcome even if you’ve never tried yoga before. Just bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
