Looking to sneak in some extra exercise before Thanksgiving? Hiking just may be the way to go.

Besides the health benefits, hiking is something the entire family can have fun doing. My girls love going on family hikes and exploring along the way. Hiking doesn’t any require special equipment or any special level of expertise to get started.

The following are guided hikes that range from family friendly to challenging and give you the chance to explore some of our gorgeous O.C. Parks.
