Day 13 & 14 of “Mindful March”

I’m catching up today from yesterday’s #MindfulMarch and combining it with today’s – because some days are like that.

Day 13 – Stop Breathe and just notice. Repeat regularly throughout the day.

Day 14 – Enjoy doing chores or task more mindfully today.

As I write this post, I am on my second batch of laundry, cleaned the bathrooms and cleaned up the kitchen after breakfast. I have to say, I am thankful for all of it.

The laundry, the dirty potty’s and showers, the dishes, cleaning the stove top. I am so blessed. Blessed to have food to cook and yes all of my humans to take care of.

In between the cleaning and cooking, I was still able to take some time light my sage, breathe deeply and enjoy it. Find beauty in the moment, not matter what it consists of.
