Using meditation to start your day, get through your day or end your day is so important. As a morning practice, mediation helps you prepare for day. I like to start my day by giving thanks and then spent some time in meditation.

Now, let me be honest sometimes that means I only get a couple of minutes but any little bit helps to relieve stress, refocus my energy and receive inspiration for the day. Although including oils and/or crystals is not necessary, I love the balance and intention they add to my practice.

By simply putting a few drops of essential oil on my hands and inhaling makes such a great difference. I also like to put a dab on my forehead, my throat, on my shoulders, over my heart, right over my belly button and on my ankles. I know time can be an issue but this only takes a couple of seconds. If you want to enhance your space even more, put a couple of drops in a diffuser.
