Today was such a beautiful day. It was filled with moments of clouds blanketing the skies, soft rain and moments of down pours. After all of this weather today, Just before sunset, I was able to stand still for a moment and indulge in the coolness of the sky right before sunset.

Whenever you can, just take a moment in your day, just feel it. Feel the cool of a breeze or the warmth of the sun on your face.

When someone is speaking, take a full breath before you reply.

Have you ever had a conversation with someone where you can clearly see that that have already formed their reply before you’re done with your sentence?

Be mindful. Let them speak, take a full breath prior to forming your reply. It makes a huge difference in the overall conversation and the vibration that conversation carries.
