Listen to how you speak to yourself, try and use kind words.  Have you noticed the way you speak to the people you love, your friends, your kids?Try to use the same gentle, forgiving and encouraging words with yourself today.

Sometimes we are harder on ourselves than anyone else we deal with. Your assignment for today is to “Speak kindly to yourself”.
