I know this comes a few days late but I’ve been taking part in this “Mindful March” practice and I thought I’d share it you.

Each month they have a calendar filled with heart felt ideas on how to lead a happier and healthier life.

Each of these mindful actions only take a few minutes each day. Please pass it along to your friends and family. I might even start sending out a daily reminder of these Moments of Mindfulness.
