I love sharing the benefits of yoga with people. When I started my yoga teacher training it was solely to deepen my own personal practice but somewhere in the middle of it everything changed. It became very clear to me that I needed to share this beautiful practice with people who might not otherwise ever try it.
  I understand the thoughts of not being flexible enough or strong enough to try yoga but I can honestly tell you that yoga is for every “body”. My goal is to deliver the practice of yoga to as many people as possible so they too can find the peace that yoga brings. Yoga not only strengthens the body but also the mind and soul.
  My love for yoga and a yogic lifestyle has led me on a constant search for more knowledge. My additional certifications include “Yoga for All” (Yoga for all body types), Meditation, Kids Yoga, Holistic Health and Reiki Master. The additional education and training has given me the tools to create classes that invoke a warm and compassionate environment. Come and  explore your own personal power with laughter, acceptance and grace.
