Saturday, October 10, 2015 – Pumpkins aren’t just for carving jack-o’-lanterns. There are also varieties (with fun names like Sugar Pie and Baby Bear) that are wonderful for eating! In this class we’ll have fun making waffles, cupcakes and other tasty pumpkin treats. Suitable for ages 8–13.

Saturday, October 17, 2015 – Join us and learn how to make some delicious breakfast dishes with American Girl™. From pancakes and eggs to muffins and fruit salad, these recipes are perfect for autumn mornings. Suitable for ages 8–13. Class cost: $30.

Each student will learn Grace’s favorite French Madeleine recipe, then finish the pastries with dark chocolate, white chocolate, and a few other toppings. We’ll also make and decorate sugar cookies from scratch. I could wander around Williams-Sonoma for hours and never get bored – just ask my husband. My first ever purchase from Williams-Sonoma was over 20 years ago; it was 3 green and white kitchen towels that said Williams-Sonoma – very similar to the towels in this picture.

They were my all time favorite kitchen towels, I used those things for years. Well, enough reminiscing (and yes I do reminisce about those towels).

Sunday, April 19, 2015 – Be Your Own Barista: If all those choices of coffee and machines seem a bit bewildering, this is the class for you! We’ll discuss a variety of brewing methods, from pour-over to French press and espresso. You’ll taste coffees prepared in different machines, including the new Breville Grind Control Coffee Maker, and discover how various coffee roasts and grinds affect the finished drink. After this class, you’ll be a barista in your own home.
